During the pandemic it seemed everyone was making their own sourdough staarter and banana bread from scratch.  Or maybe your pandemic food experience was all about deciding between Door Dash or Uber Eats.  As meetings and events come back to life, how can you deliver an exciting experience for your guests? What are the hot food trends for 2023 and beyond?  This session will include over-arching food trends as well as individual food items to include in your menu planning.
