Xavier DeRoos of Renüable and Dr John Buschman of FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management will take you back to college with this one-hour, basic concepts course on the methods and benefits of naturally fertilizing farms and gardens over feeding landfills.  This virtual primer is open to all event planners and managers, hotel, venue and catering company executives, and corporate events decision makers who would like to embrace composting for their events but just don’t know where to begin.  Students will have the opportunity to ask questions of the pros and then log off feeling ready to plan to include composting as a component of a future event.
